Soto Salawati, The Most Delicious Soto in Town
Soto is a typical Indonesian cuisine who have different tastes and types in each region. There are several types of soto in Indonesia, such as Soto Betawi, Soto Lamongan, Soto Madura, Soto Banjar, and others.
In this article, I want to share and introduce all of you to a restaurant, or you could say a simple place to eat who sells soto. The name of the restaurant with soto as their main menu "soto salawati".

Why do I call it a food stall, and not a restaurant? Because the place for selling Soto Salawati is not in a fancy restaurant. They only sell Indonesian specialties in a small shop at the Surabaya intersection, Banda Aceh. more precisely at T. Hasan Dek Street, Lamseupeung, Lueng Bata, Banda Aceh City. this area is indeed famous as a culinary paradise in Banda Aceh.
Luxury dishes in a simple place.
Even though it's not in a restaurant, Salawati soto has a superb flavor, very tasty. There are several choices of soto contents here, The first chicken, then the lungs of cattle, and the next is beef.
Yesterday, for the first time I visited there, I ordered soto with beef contents. true what is said by many people, soto salawati is indeed the best & the most delicious soto in Banda Aceh.
Soto salawati has a thick sauce, and rich in beef broth flavor. The beef is also very soft and the level of maturity is very fitting so that it gives a beautiful sensation when we eat it together with the delicious and savory soup. Next, to that, we will also serve fried lungs and perkedel as a side menu.
Soto Salawati became my chosen menu this week, from the many menus I tried. For information, during the month of Ramadhan, this shop is open from 6:00 p.m. to 00:00 p.m.
