Today we will know a recipe that can be a great effective way to keep the taste of tea intact as well as keep our body's immunity system in good shape. Let's know the easy way to make lemon ginger tea!

Materials:

  1. Water - 5 cups
  2. Ginger – 2 inches with peel
  3. Lemon juice- 3 tbsp
  4. Tea leaves- 1/2 tsp
  5. Cinnamon - 1 large
  6. Bay leaves - 2
  7. Long or Clove- 4/5 hrs
  8. Cardamom- 2
  9. Honey or sugar- to taste (optional)

prepared method:

  1. Put enough water in a pot on the stove and boil it well.

  2. Crush the ginger and put it in boiling water. Now you have to shake it a little.

  3. Then add cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves, and cardamom one by one.

  4. After boiling for a while, add the tea leaves. Boil it well, turn off the stove and pour it into a cup.

  5. Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of lemon juice per cup.

  6. Add sugar or honey as per preference. If you have diabetes, make tea without sugar.
