Danilo Gallinari added 19 points, five five-pointers, and big man Steven Adams added 16 rebounds for the Thunder.
Oklahoma City took the lead in the first quarter and built a 91-74 advantage in the fourth quarter against Cleveland.
Collin Sexton threw for 30 points following Kevin Love's 12 markers on the Cavaliers side, facing a third-down defeat.
In Milwaukee, Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 19 of his 32 points in the third quarter for the Bucks' 127-118 loss to the San Antonio Spurs.
Milwaukee raised their NBA best record to 32-5.
DeMar DeRozan led San Antonio from 26 points followed by center LaMarcus Aldridge's 16 markers.
In New York, Fred VanVleet recorded 29 points and 11 assists and Kyle Lowry had 26 markers for the 121-102 shutout of the Toronto Raptors with the Brooklyn Nets.
Serge Ibaka had 21 points and 12 boards for the Raptors.
In Dallas, Terry Rozier scored 29 points, including a go-ahead shot in the extra period, to lead the Charlotte Hornets to a 123-120 rout against the Mavericks.
Devonte Graham posted 27 points and 13 assists for Charlotte.
Luka Doncic missed his potential winning triple on the Dallas side.
Doncic posted a Mavericks season record of 10 triple-double from 39 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists.
In Chicago, Jayson Tatum scored 28 points, while Gordon Hayward had 24 markers for the 111-104 Boston Celtics' game against the Bulls. Jaylen Brown contributed 19 points.
