DELICIOUS VEGAN PANCAKES WITH SPINACH FILLING, TOMATO SAUCE AND SPRINKLED BY VEGAN PARMESAN

Today I wanna show you way for very nutritious dish. Namely pancakes with spinach in salty version! My recipe is one of the easier recipes for pancakes ever, bacause in vegan version you will only need flour, plan-based milk and oil. So You don't need to have some special abilities to prepare it.😊 Honestly I love pancakes and from time to time I let myself eat it in this version, with fruits or even peanut butter with bananas! That last version is the best for the "sweet filling".
But this one combined with Spinach Filling are really delicious and they are nutrition! I combined this with nutrional yeast, thanks that, filling had cheesy flavour.😋
Let's get to this recipe guys!








For preparing pancakes you will need:

  • one cup of sifted flour
  • one and a half cup of plant - based milk
  • sprinkle of salt
  • frying oil

Filling:

  • 400 g of shredded spinach
  • one medium - size onion
  • two garlic cloves
  • two tbsp of oil
  • two tsp of nutrional yeast
  • salt, herbal pepper & groud pepper

Sauce:

  • four tbsp of tomato sauce
  • three chopped leaves of fresh basil
  • one crushed garlic clove
  • two chopped slices of onion
  • salt&pepper

Vegan parmesan:

  • 100 g of nuts (peanuts, cashew)
  • two tsp of nutrional yeast
  • sprinkle of salt

Preparing

  • First you can prepare vegan parmesan. Into blender or in grinder, add all ingredients for it and grind them till you achieve crumbs. Prepared Vegan Parmesan you can store in a jar about few days. :)





  • All ingredients for sauce put into little vessel and mix them together. Leave in fridge for 30 minutes
  • Filling: Into pot add oil, onion and fry it a bit. After that add spinach, boil it about 5 minutes (mix it all that time), add crushed garlic cloves, nutrional yeast, spices and mix it all, take off from gas.
  • Pancakes: Into vessel add sifted flour and plant - based milk. Start blending it precisely till to achieve a bit dense consistency. Warm up pan for pancakes (if you have one), add few drop of oil, fry it till gold colour on both sides.
  • On pancake put filling, roll up, cover it through tomato sauce and sprinkle it by vegan parmesan.








    How you see it's really easy to do, and how delicious! Yummy!😋
