Mosquito bites do not considered lightly because of some kind of mosquitoes known to be a source bearer diseases dangerous as jaundice, malaria, dengue fever, and more.

Therefore, we always have to pay attention to the environment where we live, is there a lot of mosquitoes or not.
If a lot, then you with local residents must immediately stop it.

Following a bit of an explanation of malaria caused by the mosquito bites:

Malaria is a blood infections that cause fever high heat and cold, he caused by the parasites (called Plasmodium) transmitted in humans by a kind of mosquitoes certain bite most at night. Millions of people die every year due to malaria, and some million more people living with the disease.

Malaria particularly dangerous for children under the age of 5 years, pregnant women, and the patient HIV/AIDS.
Pregnancy lower the ability of a woman to combat disease and infection. If a pregnant women suffer from malaria, it can also anemia, and anemia this will increase the risk of death during or after the birth. Malaria during pregnancy can also cause miscarriage or birth early.

Human can live a few years with several types of malaria, and most of malaria curable. But malaria brain (Plasmodium falciparum) can cause of death in 1 or 2 days after the infected. In the area where there is malaria brain, it is important to immediately testing and look for the treatment if you suspect exposed to malaria.

Malaria attack in three stages:

▪The first sign is the feeling of coldness and frequent headaches. Patients shiver for 15 minutes to 1 hour.

▪Cold followed by high fever.
Patients become weak and sometimes delirious. The fever may last between several hours to several days.

▪Finally, the patient starts to sweat and the fever decreases. After the fever drops, the patient feels weak.

For Treatment :

If possible, do a blood test. Begin treatment as soon as the first signs are visible. Since malaria is transferred from one person to another by mosquitoes, treating the sick means we also protect others from getting infected. Once you are treated then the mosquitoes that bite you will not transmit malaria to others.

Find out what malaria drugs are recommended by local health workers. In some places, malaria parasites have evolved into parasites that are not treatable. This means that a drug that was originally potent to prevent or treat malaria is no longer effective. Drugs that can cure malaria in one area may not necessarily cure malaria found elsewhere.

Currently there are drugs or combinations of new drugs given to treat malaria in various regions. One is artemisinin (already used for years in China), which is often given along with other antimalarial drugs or with antibiotics. In some areas chlorokin (the most widely used drug for years) is still powerful. The only way to find out what drugs are effective in your area is to ask your local health care provider.

For Prevention :

Malaria occurs most often in the rainy season because malarial mosquitoes breed in warm, non-flowing water. But in some areas of the world, malaria is also found in the dry season where mosquitoes get breeding places in puddles in small pools.

As with dengue fever and yellow fever, the best way to prevent malaria is to avoid mosquito bites. Sleeping under an insecticide-treated bed nets is a good way to prevent and control malaria.
