Children's Mortality and Bangladesh!!!
It was started from 1947. Independent Bangladesh from British rule. Many drops of blood have sprouted in this 80 years. Have lost too much. But I got many things. We got an independent country. We bought the country with the blood of three million martyrs. Now I am able to say that we got independence, today we are free.
The country's red green country was developed with seven billion people. A small country, with a promise of thousands of dreams to go ahead. There was a problem, there was the obstruction. The third world's country had the challenge of improving it. we will take a look at the position oh Childersn's Mortality rate till 2017 in Bangladesh, the country which was liberated in 1971.
In recent years, there has been considerable improvement in the number of child mortality in children under five years. 1990 to 2015 - In this 25 years, the child mortality rate decreased by 74 percent in Bangladesh.
The information was provided by the United Nations Children Development Fund (UNICEF) report. The report titled 'Narrowing the Gaps: The Power of Investigating in the Poorest Children' was released in June this year. The report was prepared by research on 51 countries around the world.
It has been said that since 2000, Bangladesh has adopted a very effective, accessible and community-based health initiative policy to overcome the causes of child mortality due to complications like paternal and pneumonia and diarrhea from 2000.
Community clinics at village level are also set up to provide regular free services. At the same time, Bangladesh gives importance to safe drinking water, health, and sanitization. Working with community-based organizations, it was possible to reduce the rate of drift in the open, which was 43% in 2003, decreased to 1 percent in 2015.
According to statistics, infant mortality rate of those child aged less than 1 month decreased. According to 2015, now the child mortality rate is 20 among thousand, before that, it was 21 in 2014. Child mortality rate of 1 to 11 months is now 9, which was 9 in 2014. Besides, the child mortality rate below 5 years has come down from 38 to 36 in 2014.
It is also reported in the report that in 1990 one thousand children were born in Bangladesh, but 144 children have died. It decreased to 38 in 2015.
UNICEF fears more than 70 million children will die in the world before the completion of five years by 2030 unless the measures to reduce child mortality are accelerated.
