As in all my paintings lately I've used various materials and techniques and I have worked in layers and on different days. First stain the paper with ink and alcohol; then make an engraving with the remaining ink of a monotype; then paint with gouache and then some colored engraving ink on some parts.
I love those little things
When I'm painting I concentrate a lot and I enjoy it so I forget to keep record of what I'm doing,... taking a step by step seems impossible. I just took this photo of the process:
