Introduction

Greetings to you all my fellow steemians. The day has come to an end, that perfect time to share with you how I spent my day, I can't just wait. It's been a lil while since I published diary post though, let's roll.

My early morning hours

So my early morning hours weren't wasted even though they were supposed to, of course waste them on sleep but later had a change of mind.

  • Morning prayers

I woke up @6 and after my morning prayers and reading from the Bible precisely from the book of **James 5:7(NAB)

Be patient therefore brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient with it until it receives the early and the late rains.

I dashed out and was ready to kickstart my day the right way.
Just few minutes after going through my phone precisely about previous day's notifications on Steemit and unread messages on my social media accounts, my brother who lives not-too-far from me came over, asking me if we could go get some beef from a nearby abattoir, a slaughterhouse. I agreed at once and we both proceeded.

  • Going to slaughterhouse

From 6:30am we got there few minutes before 7 and the first cow was already slaughtered and butchered and they (the butchers) were ready for the second one. We had to wait till the second is ready as well , so we were told and we did exactly that. At 8, we bought the meat and set back home.

  • Carrying out malaria and HIV/AIDS test

So this wasn't among my plans for this week yet I did.

While coming back, a woman sitting by the roadside wearing transparent glasses was calling us, I heard but pretended as though I did not cus I thought she wasn't referring to us but my brother did and he knew what the woman was there for at once, for malaria test he said. So we both went there.
After introducing herself very properly to us and convincing us on the need to take the two tests we agreed and she proceeded.

The two tests for both of us lasted not more than 15 minutes minutes. This happened to be my first ever test at all I mean, both for Malaria and HIV/AIDS o hadn't undergone since I was born. So you probably can think of how skeptical I was and so it was, I was very much worried to the extent my blood for test came out so fast and much compare to my brother who has done severally.

To worsen it, the woman hid while writing the result in our respective forms huh, God unto you... I little prayer I said.
She later brightened her smile and told us we both are safe, lol. I was like, I have to be on my way now , I have to get home and eat to stupor. She gave us Gold circle protection then we left .

My midday hours

My midday hours were spent in style as well.

  • Going to the market
I went to the market and bought some foodstuffs since the ones I bought earlier this week got finished. This was around 2 and the market was already clouded with people, this contributed to my delay even though I bought not-too-many stuffs.

I later came back around 4 and was ready for general cooking. Details of the cooking in my next post.

See you there
