Dystopian Utopia, Fantasy Community full of Harsh Discipline!
The narrative is free form but "The Hood" is a place where pointless rules and strange events occur. After the Board of Directors meeting there were three new rules imposed. I would say introduced but one of the rules passed was that all citizens must use the word "imposed" instead of "introduced" for maximum community impact!

No more naked jogging except on Sunday. A lot of complaints of the naked joggers jiggling past the business districts was a real first world issue. The campaign to "Free the bounce" , was started by Shlomo Applebee who is a known drama maker. While some joggers were more than embraced to free their bounce, others feel that naked joggers are ruining sales at "Rachel's Gluten Free Shop".
(naked flipping is allowed though)The whole argument of using the word IMPOSED was settled with every council member passing this new rule. The more rules there are then the better the property values stay. The Hood only wants the best of the best!
Reporting Violations is now for fun and profit. Did you see your neighbor forget to recycle? Did Brittany Volvonian park in front of the CBD clinic again without the proper permits? Now you can report all of this to the Home Owners Associations and other authorities and receive free sub sandwiches or pizzas from "Nero's Pizza Palace".

Shlomo Applebee will be apprehended by the NWA and have his drama maker uninstalled. His lack of concern for The Neighborhood's wellbeing is unacceptable and will be corrected posthaste.
Also glad Nero's got rebuilt after it burnt down for the fourth time.

lol, Pirateworld is a separate reality but it doesn't need to be, the Pirates now must all have gluten free subs and pizza.
Also, in that community I just added three more Sirens (danger mermaids), to my arsenal. :)
