My Actifit Report Card: June 12 2020

So I completed my evening run for today I'm 30 second slower than my last run and even if this means I'm further away from my main target of 10minutes run time, I feel like I've progressed in the general scheme of things.

I use to take like 30 minutes to complete this same distance so doing it in 19 minutes and 45 seconds is giant step in the right direction.
