" Steemit Engagement Challenge S5/W5 - my pictures for the day".

Hi, my fellow Steemit family It's yet another 5th week of season 5 of the Steemit Engagement Challenge as always, bringing another interesting contest title, "My day in pictures." This is my first time posting in this wonderful community with this interesting topic. I will like to appreciate @steem4nigeria for this wonderful contest.

Today was a beautiful day for me as it was the first day of the working day after the weekend, I got up as early as 5:00 am to begin the day with the necessary things to do which were brushing my teeth and then taking my bath to dress up for today's long day work. After finishing cleaning and making my room dirty free I went forward smiling as I approached the outside trying to board a tricycle to work, it was foggy as the weather seem to change due to the harmattan season where later in the day would be full of dust in the cloud but still visible to see around, it's taken me about 15 minutes before I could reach my workplace as it was traffic free on my way and I was glad I reached on time to login into the office area.

At work still under training as a Customer Care Representative (C.C.R), I got into the class where we do our lectures at about 8:07 and still waiting for everyone's arrival which would enable us to continue the day's activities. We do what we call a welcoming greeting which was music being played and we all danced one by one to the instructor as a way to see how well we dressed and also to take attendance of those present and absent, after that, we would go back to how our seats for further instructions on how the rest of the day would go.

Today I learned about the operations of the Customer Life cycle management (C.L.M) and how it works in making quarries respond to customers compliant and also dolf-service for the customers at large, also went through the work tools which enable us to find relevant information about the customers request and how to solve issues regarding customers complains, at about 10:05 am we all went for a short break to refresh and stretch our bodies then came back 30mins later to continue the lectures.

This time we had to go through a series of tests to evaluate what has been taught at the earliest hours before the break which took 30mins of engagement then we were been scored and recorded to be part of our assessment, and we continued on the work tools getting to know better which will enable us to become perfect for the job till it was 1:30 pm where we went for another short break of 30mins in the afternoon, coming back was a senior CCR who was invited to come to show us how calls were been picked, how to respond to a customer and how to resolve issues then tagging a customers receipt on the CLM. Though it looks easy as he was multitasking but still seems very difficult as one has to be a good listener and also be able to multitask on the computer.

After that, I did practiced it too, to see how fit I was for the job but wasn't easy for me as it looks new to me. At about 4:55 pm getting ready to close for the day before going out of the class, we had a tradition of saying a farewell greeting while going out of the room, I had done that and headed to the gate of the office building with some of my colleagues going home.

Again I took a tricycle home and had a shower after a long day at work then eat some food and rested, about 8 pm I had to arrange the clothes I would wear for work tomorrow, browsed the net a few and I wrote my dairy game before I said my prayers and slept off for the day. It was indeed a beautiful and grateful one and I enjoyed my day hoping for another better day like this.

In conclusion, my day was busy but interesting as I got to learn new things at my place of work and also engaged in some practical activities which gave me an insight about the tasks ahead of me. I hope this my beautiful family will love my article as more are yet to come. Thank you for reading.
