Back on track, how are you all doing Steem world?
Much love and appreciation for all the 100+ followers! Such a cool milestone and we passed it in a short amount of time. Let's keep rocking!
I will continue my Nightly Doodling sessions soon. It's just that I have been busy with music and with this piece:
'Tha Buddha'
Someone in my neighborhood requested an art piece from me a while ago. I figured he loved all sorts of Boeddha items and what not, so we agreed on making something Boeddha related.
I started off with an averaged looking Boeddha in illustration/manga style, to make it pop out and so that it would become the main focus of the whole artwork. I then filled all the space around it with my own doodling shapes and features, to create a combination of peace and chaos. The Boeddha looks calm and relaxed, while the illustration is chaotic and somewhat explosive. I really like such combinations within art, making both aspects communicate with each other. It almost looks like the Boeddha is physically chained or contained, yet it's mind is calm and free.

Appreciate it thanks! Mainly Ink marker in this case, just some cheap ones. Sometimes quality is how you use it and what you make of it ;)
