'Watch and Pray'

This very words is taken from Mathew 26:41. but what does it really mean. They are a lot of things that can lead us into trouble, sometimes it could be things we do ignorantly. This calls for consciousness, to examine every act, speech, and thoughts in the light of truth. Just like we have laws to guide us in our communities, we also have spiritual laws which takes effect irrespective of the communal law. So we shouldn't commit a crime and feel free even when not caught, the spiritual laws is activated. Having come to this understanding all we need to do is 'watch and pray' and the complete part of quotes says 'so you won't fall into temptation'. A good way to watch and pray is to practice meditation which is the process of awakening your spiritual to help, responses, warnings and thoughts. You need the right messages and environment for proper meditation. Sometimes a soft quite music can help in this process. Good music has a calming effect on the soul. After the physical activities we also need time to take care of our spiritual body in order to have a balanced life. So watch and pray!
