Hirikatioya & Belihuloya Joint - WOX TRAVEL CONTEST | WEEK 5

This location is located in Belihuloya area, Sri Lanka. It has a significance when considering the geographical arrangement of two rivers " Belihuloya" and "Hirikatioya" as this is the place where the two rivers meet each other. After this point they join together and flow towards the massive Samanalawewa water reservoir. I got the opportunity to visit this place with my family, my wife @vishwara and our little son vihan. My friend, @donchan and his wife also joined with us. Our main target was to have a cold bath without any disturbance from anybody. This is a unpopular place, a hidden natural location where we can peacefully enjoy the day.

Now this is the location. You also can follow the map and find this location. But you have to be careful as the pond with the water fall is deep and difficult to swim. But there are some other safe ponds where you can enjoy a bath. Look at the below image. Isn't it beautiful. I love to spend my day in locations like this with a nice book and a cup of tea. But this time we took some snacks and some cool drinks. Our little vihan also enjoyed the water lot. He loves to swim and always enjoy water.
