Take A Positive Stand About Saying No.

You have to be able to say no to some thing that life has to offer in order for you not to just be a fool or to life.

Before life and the society forcefully make you accept what you will not accept on a normal day, you need to begin by first learning the act of saying no.

To say No, has to be a thing that people we know how to say because if we cannot say it, then we know very well that we are just putting our lives at stake, and the reason why I say that is because people will try to humiliate you, bend you into believing what their own side of the story is, and you cannot just be tossed around like an headless chicken .

If you cannot say no,then be rest assured that all you want to do is to accept challenges the very way they come. Challenges of life are something we cannot deny or avoid but we can refuse to become a slave to whatever is mentioned by deciding to say No when it is necessary.
