On the morning of the holiday weekend, this Sunday we received a phone call from a resident of a household gas customer who reported that his house pipe had leaked due to a customer who was digging his yard. Received the call, our team does not know holidays and on time immediately went to the location to deal with and repair the damage for the safety and convenience of customers.
The weather is very hot today, our team is eager to work in any disturbance because service is the main goal of our company. After the repairs were completed at that point the team also went around the gas network area to check other points for maintenance.
This kind of damage is often encountered, because some residents do not pay attention to the area where the gas line is planted when digging in their yard, but this is not so dangerous because the customer can immediately tie the leak point with rubber to temporarily stop the gas coming out while waiting for our team to arrive at the location to repair it.
