MY CAMPUS LIFE: HOW A DAY ON CAMPUS LOOKS LIKE
My name is Abdul Aziz Mohammed Habib, a final year student at the University for Development Studies, Navrongo. I offer Bsc Computer Science.
I normally start my day with some intense workout at the gym. I am a fan of weightlifting, so I take it up as a hobby.
At the gym
I train for a maximum of one hour since I am also a footballer and gaining too much muscle would hinder my performance. I close at the gym at 8:00am (GMT).
I like a heavy breakfast early in the morning so I usually take porridge instead of tea. I purchase the porridge on my way home from the gym.
My breakfast today
I take a small rest once I reach my hostel, so as to regain my energy in order to go about the days activities.
My lectures are mostly around midday, so I try to do something productive whiles waiting for the lecture. I mostly use that free time to write a post on steemit or watch some educative tutorials on YouTube.
At a lecture
Later in the day, I attend my lectures. I mostly close around 3:40pm. I go to the campus canteen to take my lunch.
My lunch
I rush back to my hostel to prepare for training. We play football every evening around our hostel.
Todays game was very interesting, I scored the winning goal for my team. The full time score was 2-1.
At the park with a friend
After training, I take my bath, say my prayers and cook supper. I was very tired after training, but I managed to prepare ”waakye” (rice and beans). I ate after I finished praying.
The supper I prepared today
I learn my course handouts from 9:00pm to 11:00pm. I normally browse social media and then vote and comment a little on steemit before going to bed around 12:30am.
This is how a day of my campus life looks like.
