THE DIARY GAME (04/08/2022): A BUSY DAY OF SHOPPING

Day break Africa. I woke up to another brand new day with the sun rising above the horizon.

I had already said my dawn prayers earlier. I rise up at 6:30am to hit the gym since I now have a new hobby which is weightlifting.

I arrived at the gym at exactly 6:50am and began my workout.

I normally like a heavy breakfast early in the morning, so I rushed to my koko joint as usual to grab some hot koko and bofrot.

Later in afternoon, I went out to the market to secure some provisions for my upkeep in school since they were finished. At the market I bought soap, rice, cooking oil and beans; just to mention a few.

I returned home in the evening and prepared some delicious jollof rice. I was so exhausted.

The day was so tiring, I said my prayers, read some few slides from my lecture notes and went to sleep.
