MY GIFT OKRA AND LEGUME SEEDS FROM MY GRANDMOTHER ARE NOW GROWN!

Good day friends and to all of my fellow steemians..

If you remember my post past few day's,i'd been doing new plants seedlings from my grandmother as her gift to me! Link below..

After 3 day's from planting of those seed's finally they showed up their first stem. Thanks for my Grandma for sharing some of your plants seed! I miss you and love you ❤❤..

"Okra"

What can we get at "Okra?"

Okra has long been favored food for the health-conscious. It contains potassium, vitamin B, vitamin C, folic acid, and calcium. It's low in calories and has a high dietary fiber content. Okra is also good and it is considered as diet food.

"Legumes"

Legumes also are a high satiating food.
Eating legumes several times a week promotes bowel regularity and helps keep blood sugar levels in check.

Why i plants my own veggies?

First of all it will not cause more of your money at the market, someday after the long wait is over. You can take some of your plants for food..the best thing is you know how and where they grown cause it is your own plants , you dont need to worry about the health of your family. All you have to do is clean them to a running water.

And on the other hand,i give some updates of my other plants. I made new seedlings of tomato cause the more you have the more will benefitting it i always give to my neighbors around.. :)
