WHO WAS THE REAL WINNIE THE POOH?

in #education5 years ago

I wonder how many of us knew that Winnie the Pooh was a real live bear that was a mascot to a whole group of men in the army. She lived with her owner at the training camp and was loved by all. When he a veterinary surgeon who bought the bear from a hunter at a station.

He took the bear with him when he went to train and really loved this bear.

When after 4 years they were called up for service he did not know what to do and then took the bear to a zoo.

This bear became so popular that he did not have the heart to take her back to Canada and for that reason he gave the bear to the zoo.

It is such a wonderful story that we do not realise that this is where a father and his son called Christopher Robin saw the bear and the boy fell in love with this bear.

He watched as his child played with his toy bear and decided to write a story about this bear and that is where A.A. Mills came up with the series of Winnie the Pooh.

I just thought it is something that started with a ripple effect. I am sure that most of us all loved these stories and up to today they are still stories that mothers read to their children. I truly hope you enjoyed this and may you have a wonderful day from me.
