Mystery powerdown?

I had not started a power down, but yesterday I looked, and there was roughly 4k in powered down steem. I don't exactly know what it is from, but I am assuming it has to do with the fact there is a hard fork coming up? Or I just looked, and saw that I started a power down 8 days ago, but I really do not remember any of that. Also I usually have a purpose for my power downs, but if I did I also do not remember it. So was just wondering, am I losing my mind?
