The power up function does not work for me. I have attempted to power up every few days since I had revenues come in. ...To no avail. It appears I’d don’t have the ability to power up, down, or out and I’m starting to wonder if the financial operation of APPICS is imaginary. I tried to help several people join APPICS, but they were unable to join Steemit. After they tried repeatedly to sign up from their laptops, desktops, and phones in their country, I decided to try for them and was unable to. Did not matter the device or browser. Any ideas what’s going on?

The rewards in Appics go directly to your voting power, it is not necessary to power up, for powerdown you must be logged in with the active key.
As for the Steemit accounts, it may be some isolated cases but many have entered the network and that is the only way, you could tell me what error you throw up and I am glad to be informed.
