Homemade Fried Rice or Chinese Rice.
To enjoy the explosion of flavors, nothing better than a homemade fried rice dish or Chinese rice, you can combine it with vegetables, meat, chicken, pork, shrimp, bacon, smoked chop, sausages, etc. Is liked by boys and big. Taste this dish, in your own home, made by you, just follow the steps of the recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
- 300 gr. of rice.
- Half a chicken breast.
- 1 carrot
- 1 egg.
- 1 smoked chop
- 200 gr of mortadella.
- Chive
- Oil.
- Salt.
- Soy sauce.
PREPARATION:
To achieve the consistency of rice, you should prepare a simple way, water and a little salt. If you want to paint it yellow you can do it. Let it cool a little and store in the fridge. If it is from the previous day it is better.
In a cauldron or pan with hot oil cook the carrot cut into small squares. Then add the breast cut into small squares, previously seasoned.
- Next, add the mortadella and the smoked chop cut into small squares.
With the egg, prepare an omelette, cut into strips.
Gradually add the rice to the cauldron or pan, stir it so that it becomes impregnated with the flavors, add the tortilla, keep stirring, it is just time to add the soy sauce, keep stirring. Rectify how salt is. And to finish the magic touch with chives.
