Shine-Opinion: The more I laugh, the happier I feel 😃

Hello friends in steemit, I will be writing on this discuss " the more I laugh, the happier I feel"and it I'd a wonderfull topic to share our thoughts on.
Following the challenges we faced individually in our daily lives, it is essential for us to laugh atleast for a few seconds because not only does laughing adds to our health benefits but also keeps us cheerful.

Having a good laugh, is crucial for us all, no matter the nature of our work we must try to laugh.

Of course laughing relief us of any kind of pains, even though it is temporary, it sure does..
I've come across a man who just fell from a roof top and down to the ground.
When he stood up and checked himself, no injuries he laughed hard and others who witness this laughed too, not that he didn't feel pains, he sure did but for that temporary moment he was relieved of the pains.

Yes it is true, like a popular musician sang, I smile, you look so much better when you smile!
A smile brightens the day and a laugh makes ones heart merry!
Someone who is not happy cannot laugh, so in as much as possible we should try to be happy with ourselves so we save ourself our lives.
While laughing, our body release chemical that send signals to other parts of our body making it know that we are in a happy mood!

While, the last time I laughed out loud is today morning. I was actually watching series of skit in my phone and I was using ear pod and I was in the house at that time, laughing real hard and out. My younger sis was like, wetin dey make you laugh this kind morning? and I didn't know she was there nor hear her until shs tapped me.

Later in the day as I went to the shop, my boss was watching Nigeria movie, and interestingly it was so funny that we were all laughing.

It depends on the situation the laughs comes by. Like if I was all sitting by myself and not find anything funny, I wouldn't just start laughing like an insane lady but if I am in a group of friends I am easy going. If I also find something funny I laugh a lot and I also try to make people laugh by trying to make light of every situation.

Laughing is something we share with our friends and families, one can not laugh with an enemy but be that the case, we should create time to laugh out loud and do well not to neglect our smiles.
