Today is #MarketFriday initiated by @dswigle (Denise, of course!). This is a loved challenge and an example of how to initiate and support such a thing ... thanks to Denise.
I have not been there for a long time ... I mean, I've often been through the market next to the house, but I've not tried to take photos. Do not get me wrong. I started to like to photograph in secret, to try to not be seen by people when I photograph them ... to shoot in places where it's forbidden.
Today I decided to try again. To go to the old market on the outskirts of the city. An outdated market, but a real market, with fruit and vegetables grown in people's gardens, without fertilizers, chemicals and technologies. Sellers are residents of Bucharest, the capital and largest city in Romania (more than two million inhabitants). Yet they are townspeople, they feel and behave like peasants. This is the charm of this market!
I want to cook something I have not cooked for so long, so I rush to go to the market.

Today I have to make a combination. The traditional market and a supermarket. I have to buy some minced meat and I didn't find what I wanted in the market.
Supermarket
The supermarket is close to both the market and my home. An advantage!
I found what I was looking for! Not the lady ... the chicken and the flesh!
I also found quite good fruits.
It was a tour of the market and the supermarket. It is good that they complement one another.
Here is a piece of life, it is repeated every week. To live, we have to eat, don't we?

I really like the super secret way you photograph the small market you go to. The view is different and I was trying to imagine how you were standing when you were photographing. I have done the same when I am doing it in secret. It can be quite the game, yes?
No chemicals are awesome. I love those kinds of markets. Just like I grow at home. They aren't as perfect looking as the supermarket, but, I can guarantee they are so much better for you!

I like every part of it, but, your recipe gives me an added bonus that I can try at home. I always read all of the posts, I just don't always have time to make comments, which is sad as I thoroughly enjoy the writings.
I can understand how hard it is, you read many posts and much more feedback. That's the price of success, isn't it?

Sadly, the lower it goes, the less people respond. It should be the other way around to keep it going strong.

Indeed, the products are good and because I live close to the market I can buy small quantities as many times as I need. So I use only fresh vegetables and fruits.
Looks like such an interesting market with a good variety and cool sharing two markets with the Supermarket as well
Yes, it is an old market that wants to modernize but at the same time keep the old model for decades. It's useful for us.
