I found this video during a sleepless night. A neurologist talks about sleep, and the connection to chronic disease. Using Vitamin D, Vitamin B complex probiotics can help the body sleep better. The sleep state is where the body can heal itself.
This is interesting, but I think that I am missing something. It makes sense that if a person improves there quality of seep then there health might improve, but where does vitamin B come in?
