Steem Cameroon Best day Contest - 27th March 2025 Having Fun At Home.

In a place where political and social instabilty is the order of the day and the town is governed by fear and uncertainty, we still find peace and we have learn above all how to have fun amongst ourselves in the comfort of our home.
The steemit best day challenge hosted by @steem-cameroon has given me the opportunity to show case this day with the steemit ecosystem so that we share the joy together and get optimum joy. It is said that, the best joy are those shared with others. The say starts with a blazing sunrise and as proof of that beautiful day, I take a good picture for us to see, this day was a Monday 17th of March 2025.
For a day to start with a very beautiful and blazing sunrise, the sign is clear that and apart from the fact that i slept very well and woke up very safe and sound i was also very energized to do a perfect workout routine which involved a 30x push up, 50x squat, 50x leg pump, 1 minute plank, 15x pull ups.

After a routine workout, a nutritious meal is needed to nourish the body and get the muscles grow healthily. It is very imporatnt to have a diet plan during workout so that you don't go weak or develop muscle sores due to inability for the muscles to recover. Breakfast was a well made spaghetti sautéed by me of course.
The day was just as quiet as usual given that it is a ghost town but i was able to find a way to make it fun with a list of movies that i always download to watch.

To keep us entertained, we have some movies to watch one of which was a series film known as Night shift this series film has to do with a hospital and its workers doing the night shift that is they get working at night. They get really busy due to a lot of unexpected happenings and some accidents that happen at night. The film is from one adventure to another.

The day goes as entertaining as possible when it gets boring with the series, we get to play games to keep ourselves busy and keep the fun going. The day goes on as well as we wanted it. This day we made a smoothie of banana, french apples, and milk then refrigerate it.
The evening activities on Mondays has us playing games with the neighbors we also take this chance to discuss, make gists and talk about current events in the cité this gets us very close to each other. Activites like this takes us till 11pm in the evening and it is enough to take us to bed with smiling faces. I have come to the end of the presentation and I'd like to invite @rafk, @etette, @chant to the contest.
This is a wonderful experience you had during the week,woking up in a good manner and also seeing the sun so sunny significantly give you the assurance of a better day.
I can see you had a very good time at home enjoying your meals and entertainment was One of the best thing you feel so great.
