Brockton, Massachusetts
The iconic feature of many an American town and city - a checker cab - is still cruising the streets of Brockton. Though this one looks a bit old and dilapidated and beat up which is consistent with traditional cab industry is on its way out, being forced out by the likes of Uber, Lyft and the like.
This is creative destruction in progress. The times are a'changin...

The taxi industry is probably one of the most corrupt out there.
City taxi. I wonder what color it is? Probably yellow?
Actually, I believe it was white, the name notwithstanding:)
