IN THE SEA OF WHITE AND YELLOW

The small green is resting on the Tripleurospermum inodorum flower ...

... that looks a lot like Chamomile ...

... but is scentless. The nice perfume isn't there but the visual spectacle is quite strong ...

... and also these flowers attract many colorful insects ...

Here is some minuscule fly that regularly vi9sits the flowers ... and on the following photograph ...

... is a considerably bigger species.

In some places of the field, the red poppies enhance the atmosphere.

This iridescent wasp is also a nice jewel.

This minuscule moth becomes active in the late afternoon.

Many butterflies are active during the day ... and this one ended up caught by the crab spider.
