Hej dear Steemians,

Had a great sunday today; my girlfriend and i decided to cook regularly when we came to Ireland. We started meal preping one month ago so we do a plan for the week and on sunday we buy thin that we are going to need for the meals during the week.

Since we dont have a car we walked to the big Tesco shop and bought loads od stuff.

Before the shopping i did my gym workout; today i worked on my chest muscles and also on my triceps muscles. During weekends there's not a lot of people in the gym so i can use whatever machine i like. I went for the fixated benchpress.

Last sunday i did those i did 4 sets woth 8 reps and each time i increased the weight i lifted. So the first set was 30kg the second 40 kg the third was 50kg and it got really hard for me there so i did the fourth set with 50kg again.

Seeing that as my current max i did todays training all four sets on 50kg with 8 reps each and i managed to do it.
It was a chalange and hard bur i see it as an increase from last time.

For me its all about gradual improvement, i am implementing patience and sticking to my routines and looking towards my goals.
Inread in a Tony Tobbins book that in the long term only gradual improvement will bring us lasting fullfilment.
