All steemian friends must be enthusiastic on the day and also have to multiply the alms on this day. Because the 12th of Rabiul Awal is the birthday of the Holy Prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam.

As for me, I will tell you a little about this big event which is the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and all. At the time of the Prophet's birth, it was at 12 Rabiul early in the elephant year. Why is it called the year of the elephant ???? Because at that time the army was abrahah who wanted to destroy the glorious Ka'ba. However, with the permission of Allah SWT, they were defeated by the ababil birds who took coal from hell and dropped it on the army of abrahah elephant troops. Therefore, it is said to be the year of the elephant because at that time they were fighting against the army.

The most important thing is to commemorate the birthday of the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam with great joy and sincerity. Like in my village, every year a maulid is held at the meunasah or at the mosque. Usually, when the night at Meunasah is celebrated Mawlid, we have a group of dhikr, each of us is doing dhikr with great joy because doing dhikr on the day of the Prophet's birth is very rewarding.

After everything was finished the dish was served by the board. Then we ate together at Dayah MIDI Misbahul Ilmi diniah Islamiah. When we open our rice, usually the first thing we do is to earn money under rice because in rice we put money into rice because it is maulid rice.

In the month of mawlid we all have to commemorate it, we during the month of dhikr at the meunasah. We do dhikr with enthusiasm and cheerfulness, because doing dhikr is rewarded many times. After finishing the mawlid we got a little money, we all had a picnic usually to the sea. That's where we got excited together, joking.
