Musical Instruments : The Fundamentals

I don't know when the first man on earth starts taking cognizance of sound to the point that he can make instruments to make music for himself, I guess it's by being watchful of the birds in the air, different sound made by different animal and trying to find a similar object that if kicked, plucked or blown into can make such sounds, Oh, I do you explain the trumpet 🎺 sounding like an elephant 🐘 call, the flute being in line with the birds in the air what do you have to say to that, why does bass drum sounds like soldiers matching unto war, this I believe are the fundamental instruments from which all other instruments are derived.
Then the spiritual part, some instruments were inspired from worshipping those gods we know of back then, 'cos it's believed to bring the spirit closer and draw them to our plea, a big deception that man has come to master.

Since you now know the fundamentals of some instruments from which other ones were derived and synthesized with each other to get new sound, when you play the Harp and someone and the wold to it and becomes a cello you think its too big then the smaller one is made called the guitar 🎸 and someone says oh this can still be made smaller and boom out comes the violin 🎻 and along the line differerent modifications came per tribe, culture and country : banjo, etc.

So if today you are listening to a song try and think of that first song, what it might be, do we have different key and parts what's of the treble clef and bass clef and different musical notation, think on these things, how funny it might be and relate it with the present day song all made out of synthesizer and voice over.

Thanks for reading this thing through.

Dear Botefarm, I am writing this very quickly, because it is hard to write or read your blog for me with that flashing meme (leaves imprint on my retina and gives me a blinding headache). Must it really be up. I find your articles interesting but this is a problem for me.
