How to feel less unproductive?
You may wonder seeing the title because people talk about how busy they are, how they are not getting enough time in their life, and here I am talking about how to feel less unproductive. Yeah, because I think and you may also agree with me that sometimes no matter how busy we are, we feel unproductive. And those days are enough to kill our positive energy. In those days, it's really tough to find ways to boost our mood to feel productive and get back our positive energy.
So, what to do on our unproductive days? How can we feel is unproductive? Let's get some clue!
First accept that and unproductiveness is totally fine. You are not the only one who is experiencing this and there is nothing to feel guilty about.
And then start to evaluate what you can do to boost your energy. It's not like we all have to put much effort all the time to make ourselves and prove ourselves productive. Because this is not a healthy practice rather take your time to relax and give yourself some time to be unproductive sometimes.
*However, if you are feeling that you really need to get over your unproductive mess, then you should start evaluating what you can do to bring more positive energy into your life. It can be cultivating some positive mindful practice, doing something interesting, making a new hobby, bringing back your old positive hobby or habits, connecting with people and friends, doing something just for yourselves like self-care. It can actually be anything you love to do and brings positive energy.
What matters most is not to forget bringing some light in your day. And this charm can make you feel less unproductive automatically!
