A new season of #MeatyMondays starts now
... well... technically yesterday :P
Sorry for the late posting... Have a had a CRAZY (but crazy good) last couple of days, and past out last night before I could this week's competition post out.
As I mentioned in my last post, Jimmy's Sauces has agreed to another 3 months of sponsoring prizes for my weekly #MeatyMondays competition. YAY for Jimmy!!!
The trial was a success, and I learned a few things from it... and you can expect a few changes from last season.
What's Changed?
The biggest change: You don't need to show me what's on YOUR braai anymore.
I really underestimated the effort it takes sometimes for people to light a fire and braai (barbecue)... even if it's just once a week. Hell... not even all my South African mates get around to it, and braaing its literally a national sport for us... fair enough there's not too many of us on here (...yet) :-)
Anyway... So I'm going to share a slightly/mostly obfuscated pic with you guys, and you need guess what it is. The obvious hint: There's a 99% chance it will be something on the Braai, and more often than not something MEATY... it IS #MEATYMONDAYS after all :-)
Tag a mate who you think would enjoy the competition too, and the the first 2 people to do do automatically get an SBI share and a @SteemMonsters Starter Pack.
Then I've got 2 more Steem Monster Starter packs and 7 more SBIs to randomly giveaway to correct guesses. (If nobody guesses correctly, then to 7 random entries).
All (South African) correct guesses for the month also go into a draw for a Jimmy's Sauces hamper.
All (valid) entries still get a 50-100% upvote (depending on my VP and # of entries at the time).
