Lounging Around
My wife and I love hanging around the house and spending quality time with the kids. We always find new and fun things to do and get to play outside a lot.
This last weekend was no different. I got “recharged” holding Kendra for long periods of time while she slept/coo’ed and was able to do all sorts of things with Jacob, such as wrestling, playing trains/cars/toys and using our imagination. Although, from the above picture, Kendra looks a bit wild eyed!
One of Jacob’s favorite things to play is “construction site”, and he likes to pull out the Scrabble tiles and pretend they are rocks and pick them up with his backhoes and loaders and have them load up the dump trucks, which then bring the rocks to the construction site and dump them into piles. This picture is of us playing with the rocks.
He is opinionated though, and if I mess up his rocks, he is quick to try and fix the “problem” I casued. In this case, I spelled a few words with the Scrabble tiles (clearly I was playing with them wrong), so he quickly reclaimed them by sitting on them – ha!
I look forward to a 4 day weekend of lots of quality time with the family!

I understand... thanks for upvoting! It can be hard to get followers here so I am just trying to network with people who I think would enjoy the content. In thinking about it, I probably would feel the same way if someone asked so it was selfish of me anyway! Thanks again!
I voted for people a lot, expecially new users. Maybe 1 out of 10 people I voted for followed me. I keep my page the same style so people know what to expect from my post. That's why I don't resteem. I know it's hard so I feel discourage sometimes. Expecially when I don't know why people muted me. Thanks for understanding Brian.
