Tommy's original YouTube Channel and Limited State

I want to show people here what is happening with Tommy Robinson's original YouTube channel.

As you can see this channel had a lot of subscribers and still has a lot despite haemorrhaging followers all the time.

The problem is every single video is set to "Limited State". Here are the two most recent uploads.

One thing I have noticed is that the limited state designation takes a few hours to be applied.

The bit that is puzzling me is that this video has been in limited state for a number of hours now, but as I write it, comments are still showing up in the back end even though I have no idea how anyone gets to leave a comment!
