My FULL Workout Routine to Gain SIZE! (Intermediate to Advanced)

Developing a full workout plan that you can commit to can be really difficult but once you find a good one it's like finding the right pair of shoes, it feels great! I REALLY love this routine I call the LoHiLo routine and it's a mixture of high reps and lighter weight and higher weight and lower reps which helps to stimulate the different muscle fibers during exercise.

THIS workout is a bit intense, so if you've been following my Steemit fitness resolutions series, this is probably going to be too intense to jump right into so I suggest doing some of those beginner workouts for a while first but I wanted to post something for people looking for a really intense workout who are ready for that jump up in intensity!

Hi Brian! Thanks for the great video! In my fitness journey, my workout plan will change in every 3 months. So I tried before "LoHi" and "HiLo". But I always thought that these 2 will not be combine together as one workout routine. Well, now I know what routine I can try out for my next training program. XD
