To the Motherless
What's the role of a mother? It's more than a gateway into this world, isn't it? Or is it?
Is it somebody who makes us feel as though we're welcome on this planet and we belong here? Is it someone who shows us how to be humans and live on this planet?
Well, most mothers show us how to live on this planet; that's for sure. Most of them are quite reactionary and scared and scarcity focused and show us some pretty erroneous and detrimental ways of being a human and living on this planet.
For most of us, we must find our own way. For most of us, the way that was shown to us isn't a healthy, life-giving, joyful, successful way to be a human on planet earth.
Very few of us feel we belong here. Not really.
That feeling of drifting. Of not having a home - not really.
Is the role of a mother to give us a sense of home on the planet?
This is to all the motherless.
May you find a sense of joy and adventure at the impermanence of life and that we're never really home here.
I hope you've found your own way to joy.
I hope you've figured out how to be a healthy and successful human on planet earth.
I hope your heart is full.
I hope you've found fulfillment.
I hope you've found people and relationships that enrich your life and help you feel you have a place in the world.
I hope you have favorite places in nature that you know well and that know you - where you come and feel welcomed and a sense of being home. I hope the flowers say hi and you greet each other.
I hope you've found your place of home inside of your own infinity - the part of you that never dies, will never die, and has always been and will always be.

Hey sister! I just needed to reach out and drop a line about how much content you're putting out. If you go over 4 posts in 24 hours, your stuff is losing some visibility, and because you've been posting like 6+ per day, @adamkokesh turned down his voting on the @tribesteemup trail from 7% to 1%. I can turn down the % that @tribesteemup votes at, but anyone following the trail has to set it for everyone.
Hi brother. I hate that my posts negatively impacted everyone else in the tribe's payouts.
Steemit is a place for me to be wild and free, and I can't be squelched. My creative energy is on fire, and I feel a giant surge of energy adding to this space.
I can't commit to posting four or fewer posts per day. Indeed, if I don't have enough support, then I won't be able to spend my energy primarily focused here. But I trust that all is on the move and Steemit is my home, and that I have a big purpose here. I have already given myself over to that purpose.
I'm not sure what to say about this except that I have to keep doing what I'm doing and be wild and free. The path is already laid for my vision here, and I have to keep walking it.
I'm going to have to trust that people who are effected by what I contribute to their lives can and will support me doing that.
I thank you so much for showing me that there is abundance and it does have my name on it.
Do remember that the 4 posts thing is actually part of the platform, doing more than that negatively affects the reach that your content is getting, even without a voting trail involved.
Keep doing your thing. After a day or two of adjusting, Adam's guy should be able to turn it back up, and for @tribesteemup, I just turned your vote down to half as much so the effect is as though you were posting 3 times a day or so instead.
Thanks for the info. I spend the vast majority of my time on Steemit writing, and the ins and outs of it come to me from other people. There’s a lot I still don’t know about it. I’ll let the four posts thing settle into my consciousness, and I’ll see what happens with it.
If I do post four or less we can revisit this.
