My short term & long term goals being a worker and at the same time being a steemian.

Here's a secret: Long-term goals are best achieved through accomplishing short term goals first.

In this blog, I would like to SHARE MY GOALS AND ASPIRATIONS. Part of my short-term goals is to know all the advantages and disadvantages of my current job. I want to know what kind of problem I will be facing and how will I respond in this kind of situation. I need to start building a strong good working attitude in the industry. Another goal of mine is to work in the company I respect and also do the job that I enjoy. (Of course if the salary is high but not finding your job enjoyable is really not ideal)

My long-term goal will depend on where the company goes. The following are just some: to earn new responsibilities within the company and to move into a higher position where I can lead a team. But as what I have said, my long-term goals will depend on my shorter goals. If I will be given a chance to lead a team I can say that I kind do it efficiently. Why? Because I can manage the attainment of my shorter goals and furthermore, my long term ones.

Time management is the key

It is vital that I attain my goals while also pursuing my goals in blogging. As a steemian, I wanted to share my thoughts about things, big or small, to my fellow steemians (You! My reader) Balancing my time between work and being a steemian is relatively easy since I enjoy both of them. I endeavor to improve my writing skills in order to give more informative and meaningful articles. I also want to be able to reminisce my adventures and everything I post about in the future. Blogging for me is not about gaining popularity but it is something I want to do because it makes me happy. And I think that's a wrap!

Here's a really good quote

As C.S. Lewis said:

You are never to old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.
