My Actifit Report Card: May 26 2020

Well the app didn’t update with my stats, but yesterday was a great workout day! I walked to the woods near my home and did a full calisthenics workout there, combining push-ups, pull-ups, dips, ab raises, and squats.

Then later on in the day we went for a evening walk. Another solid day of exercise and committing to a schedule!
