BuildTeam Universe Interviews : Getting to know the team - @trev03

Who are you and how did you come to know about BuildTeam?

I am a Technical Specialist by profession and I was introduced to Steem by @nelkeljdm and I have taken his advice to blog and use Minnowbooster to give my posts a bit of value, I found that BuildTeam offered more than just Minnowbooster and I started to use Steemvoter which brought me back curation which all adds up and accumulated my Steem power.

So in a nutshell, I got to know BuildTeam through the amazing service offerings.

What do you do for BuildTeam?

I am a customer support administrator for BuildTeam's service offerings and I really enjoy interacting with people so this role is a best fit for me and keeps me happy.

Do you have a steemit blog and what's it all about?

Yes I do, its @trev03 which I initially started writing about guns,tech and showing off some of the places I visited.

Can you describe your life using 3 film titles?

Can you offer support advice to newcomers on discord seeking support advice?

I actually wrote a post about this which can be found in our @minnowbooster blog however to keep this short, my advise to newcomers is to just grab our discord link from this post, select the channel of the service you have a question for and post your support request.

We have a great community who have been using our services for a long time, they would be able to help as well as our support administrators.

What's your favourite thing about working for BuildTeam?

The job is one that is very relaxed in a sense that the founders and management allow you space to do what you do best and add value which is something that is very rare in a business. I also love the fact that we all are spread out globally but are able to link so well together and deliver the end goals which is truly a depiction of how far we have come with technology.
