[A] Hello SteemIt,

With the raise of all different kinds bots on SteemIt no other is like @BubbaWhale. The first community automated upvote bot that pays you! An outstanding 82% of the bot’s revenue is given directly to the community. BubbaWhale is unique in another way, rather than a single person or oligarchy of people funding and earning literally thousands a day, this bots entire voting power is funded through you! Now I’m sure some people have stopped reading already thinking they'll have to give their money to a stranger on SteemIt, but this is completely wrong. By using SteemIt’s Steem Power delegation system you can fund @BubbaWhale and have total control of your Steem, you can deposit more or wholly withdrawal at any time! Get paid by being a delegate, advertiser or both!

[B] @BubbaWhale works like most upvote bots, a payment of Steem or SBD is sent to the bot with a URL to the post they want upvoted. BubbaWhale only requires ONE (1) Steem or SBD for you to get a whale upvote! The problem with a premium service like this is that for it to be worthwhile for the end user, it has to be of equal or greater value than 1 SBD. This is possible with enough Steem Power; about 6,000 Steem (Source:​ ​https://www.steemnow.com/​). Frankly, this costs about $8,040 with 100% Vote Power and 100% Vote Weight. For the bot to be practical and able to run at a respectable rate, @BubbaWhale should start with about 238,000 Steem Power. The very least amount with which we can this bot running is 125,000 Steem Power, and that's really pushing it. Steem Power delegation makes @BubbaWhale capable of gaining large amounts of Steem Power without actually needing to buy copious amounts of Steem. Everyone who delegates towards @BubbaWhale fund will receive a percentage of the revenue earned by the bot shared according to each person’s delegation size. (More about delegate payouts below)

Everything is set up and ready to go and if you want to try out the bot you can. However, until we have enough delegated Steem Power, it currently won't payout 1 SBD.

[C] ​Pools
So anyone can contribute to @BubbaWhale and help achieve the highest Steem Power possible while in conjuncture with ease and transparency, I will divide delegates into pools. Each pool has a specific contribution threshold; minimum and maximum. Pools will payout everyone it in the same amount; to make this fair pools will have narrow but practical contribution margins.

For example: Lets says @BubbaWhale generates ​QQ ​amount of SBD/Steem. ​Pool A​ controls 20%​ of the bots funds, in the pool is Y amounts of delegates, all who delegated Steem within a narrow range (ex: 600-700). Because Pool A controls 20%, it will receive 20% of the profits. Therefore, each user in ​Pool A​ will receive ​QQ x 20%/Y​ = ​Pool A​ delegate’s profit. (Steem Power held in the account of BubbaWhale will not be taken into account when calculating pool percentages. BubbaWhale itself is not a delegate) By using this pooling method I hope to be able to process payouts easily to a large amount of delegates. Currently I have it planned to payout delegates and advertising affiliates every 3 days. Payments, amounts and time can all be easily accessed and viewed from a website like https://steemdb.com/ or https://steemd.com/. These tools will help assure you that you're paid the right amount and on time. There will be BubbaWhale Bot Report every payday to help keep everything organized.

The graph above shows how the revenue generated from this project will be divided amongst four different sections.
● Delegates: 70% goes directly to those who delegate Steem towards @BubbaWhale. This section includes both pools and large whales.
● SP Reinvestment: 15% goes towards buying more Steem Power to increase BubbaWhale’s voting capacity.
● Advertising: 12% will be given to those who help spread the word of this service. More about advertising below.
● Setup/Server/Management: This 3% will go to server costs and the time spent managing @BubbaWhale.

In total 82% will flow directly back into the SteemIt community, helping all those who saw the potential of BubbaWhale.

[D] ​How to Delegate
Delegating Steem Power use to be a difficult task but now with ​https://steemconnect.com/​ its super simple. More about SteemConnect from busy.org here:​ ​SteemConnnect Below is a video on how to go about doing it, there are also the links at the bottom for different pre-determined delegation amounts.

As the video states custom amounts of Steem need to be converted to # in Vests. At the current rate 1 Steem is equal to 484.335 Vests (​https://steemdb.com/​). I have already calculated amounts for delegations for 30 Steem (I do believe this is the minimum delegation allowed but not sure) 50, 100, 500, 1000 and up to 10,000. All you need to due to change the area ‘yourusername’ to obviously your username. If the ‘Sign In’ never loads when you type your username and password, you need to generate a new password and then try again. I dont know why but I had this problem so I imagine some others might too

2. Multiple that number (currently 484.33) by how much Steem you want to invest; min 30 Steem.
3. Take that number and paste it to the end of https://v2.steemconnect.com/sign/delegateVestingShares?delegator=yourusername&del egatee=bubbawhale&vesting_shares=
4. Be sure to also change ‘yourusername’ in the URL to your actual username.
5. Sign in and you’re good!

[E] ​Advertising Affiliates
To help gain exposure on SteemIt I would like to establish some sort of advertising. Its an awesome thing that SteemIt doesn't run ads all over their website, they keep it clean. This does not limit but rather strengthen @BubbaWhale’s capacity to spread. By compensating fellow SteemIt bloggers to have an image/writing/video about our services we can get to the entire active SteemIt community in an efficient non-invasive form. While it is true there are other upvote bots with the same service, these bots are run by a single person or just a small group who in turn collect all the profits.
