Day 1812 | New Week Plans

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

So far I failed to get back on track with anoher bad eating day on Sunday and I need to watch out not to extend this period too long dropping all the progress I have made. So this week my focus will mostly just be on my weight and getting it down below 70kg again. Once there, I will either do another monh of hot yoga or take up a 4-Week Gym membership voucher which I have still lying around.

Today GoalsThe idea is to clean my appartment, go on at least a 1-Hour walk, and if possible make it into a water fasting day.
