Day 745 | Showers & Morning Runs

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I have a routine of taking a bath each day but plan to switch this to just taking a shower which is way faster and wastes a lot less water. So at least until the end of the month I'll be taking morning showers. I do feel I'm motivated again to go at it again finally reaching that goal of 62kg and will be doing another water fasting day on Friday. Once I'm at 62kg I will also do more regular morning runs again like I did during this time of the year. For now, evening walks will be the activity of thec day. My overall productivity level has been quite good the last couple of days and I will be keeping that up.
