You’ll go ape at this one, it’s a tree full of Bananas! Not local to me, another throw back from Brazil.
10k every day, keeping up those steps running around the warehouse roasting coffee, packing coffee, moving sacks of coffee around - it all adds up.
Flat out working still at the moment, it’s getting harder and harder to make time to keep up with posts and comments. I just about catch up at the weekend, but it’s all a bit too much at the moment - I do what I can but there is not much time left in my days after completing everything I have to do at work.
