My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2019 #wednesdaywalk
Another 10k step day, go me keeping up the general activity while busy at work.
The photo was taken at Carmos de Minas in Brazil, a beautiful area and home to http://carmocoffees.com.br where I visited there plantation and got to cup 27 of their finest coffee varieties!
So another busy day roasting coffee to complete orders, preparing for the busy Christmas period and ordering stock. We have a big warehouse, and it’s surprising how many steps going back and forth take. Plus I had a guest working in a importing Ethiopian coffee in bulk - how that goes remains to be seen.

I have been misbehaving except for weekends hike to reach the 10k minimum, must get back to exercising more
