The grass is always greener they say, well this is moss but you get my intentions at least.

10k day again, I skipped yesterday because I spent far too much time on the phone to my business bank - they upgraded the online banking last week and it just happened we had 25 account customers to claim their monthly account payments from just after the “upgrade”

So what I found on Monday morning is the online banking had a glitch - and SENT each amount to the first customer in the list
Instead of claiming it from different people. It did then at the end realise the mistake and return from them the full amount - but what a head ache. Well over an hour on the phone getting nowhere - plus I still need to claim the money from my account customers but nobody knows if it will work correctly now!

Marginally better news, my government fine has been reduced to £291 because they accept I paid the amount due in time - but did not get the associated form - which I sent and they lost. I suppose a £109 fine reduction is better then a poke in the eye with a sharp stick anyway.

Countless evening hours have been spent playing with bot code - it’s more error then trial but I have some things working finally.
