Introducing Caitlyn!
Hello Steem world!
My name is Caitlyn! I am here because I believe in Blockchain technology and I think that this format is a really great way to use it and learn about it. My hubby @mstafford and my brother @somebuttstuff are already on here and they've convinced me to give it a try.

I was resistant at first because I am already juggling other social media accounts... you know the ones I mean- the usual suspects. But this looks like it could be a lot more fun! So, here I am! Be nice to me... I'm new! Allow me to give you a snippet of my story...
I am Canadian, born in the east, raised in the west, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

My favourite things are painting, photography, the outdoors, craft beer, coffee, animals, food, and family... so I guess I'm a pretty typical West Coast Millennial!

Currently my education is in fine art and photography, but I have backed off of a career in photography and am attending a new schooling program starting next week that is completely out of my comfort zone. AND- I'm also painting more than ever before! I'll have lots more to say about all that in coming posts.

Just a real Photo Nerd!
In 2017 I became a Godmother to the most amazing little girl, and I can't wait to watch her grow and be a part of her life. He mother is my best friend- and technically my step-cousin so we are very much a little family, even though she lives in LA... at least it's the same time zone!
That's me on the right, and Amanda my bestie and little Pepper, 6 months.
I am excited for all the changes and new adventures that I can see coming my way in 2018!
Mark (@mstafford) and I are hoping to buy a vehicle this spring that will allow us to get out for more adventures with our two amazing doggos... I'll have much more to say about that later too!

So, all in all, I just wanted to shout into the void and see if anything bounces back. I would love to find some amazing people to follow on here... I love people who are makers, crafters, entrepreneurs, artists, activists, foodies, and animal lovers. I hope to encounter big ideas and beautiful art.
