The Son of God
Anyone who has married or will, would want the baby. Maybe some have been waiting for years, but have not been blessed with baby. Also there is who wants his son to be sholeh. Then multiply the prayer of it. Many prayers have been exemplified in the Qur'an and Al-Hadith. Among them are prayers that come from the Prophets' alaihimush sholaatu was salaam.
Prophet Ibrahim 'alaihis salaam said,
رب هب لي من الصالحين
"Robbi hablii minash shoolihiin" [Ya Rabbku, grant me (a child) who belongs to the righteous] ". (Surah Ash Shaffaat: 100). This is a prayer that can be offered to ask for offspring, especially descendants who are pious. In Zaadul Masiir (7/71), the intent of the verse by Ibnul Jauzi rahimahullah, "Yes Rabbku, grant me a pious child who will include the ranks of those who pious." Asy Syaukani rahimahullah said what the commentators say, "O Rabb, grant me a sholeh child who is among those who are pious, who can further help me obey thee". So whose names are especially descendants of pious can help someone more obedient to God.
