Rutina de ejercicios en cuarentena #04

Sigo entrenando en casa en estos días de cuarentena, realmente me ha ayudado a quemar la energía y el estrés acumulado en el día. Aún no sé si haré ejercicios todos los días o pondré algunos días intermedios de descanso para recuperar el cuerpo. Por ahora todo va bien y veo buenos resultados con la rutina que estoy empleando.
